  • SHIPPING
    Packages are processed and ship out within 24-48 BUISINESS hours (Monday-Friday). After order is received it may take 2-3 business days to be delivered.
  • TRACKING INFORMATION
    Tracking information will be emailed when shipping label is created. Tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner to receive. Please not shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders.
  • LOST / STOLEN PAKCAGES
    Lila Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen or damaged package must be reported as a claim to USPS.
  • REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
    To ensure we take all the precautions necessary to keep our customer and family safe, Lila Rose Boutique is currently NOT accepting ANY refunds or exchanges until further notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Thank you for your understanding.
